Please note that the official working hours are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Where delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping service:

  • Delivery to the seller’s door in Homs and its countryside: The delivery time starts from the day of the order until the first attempt of a shipping company employee to deliver the product from ten in the morning until five in the evening from Saturday to Thursday.
  • Delivery centers for the shipping company in the rest of the provinces: The delivery time starts from the day of the request to the day that you receive a message to receive the product from the delivery center at the shipping company. A copy of the shipping statement will be sent to the customer via an email or a WhatsApp message via the customer’s mobile number.

In Homs and its countryside

1- Free shipping if the value of the bill exceeds 50,000 Syrian pounds. This amount is considered the minimum for free shipping.

2- The customer will bear the freight charge if his   order is less than the minimum limit and it is as follows:

 -1000 Syrian Pounds freight charge within the city of Homs.

-2000 Syrian Pounds freight charge, including the countryside of Homs.

B-Shipping

To the rest of the Syrian governorates except Homs and its countryside

1- Free shipping if the value of the bill exceeds
50,000 Syrian pounds. This amount is considered the minimum for free shipping.

2- The customer will bear the freight charge if his order is less than the minimum limit and it is as follows:

– It ranges between 2000-3000 Syrian pounds according to the size of the order determined by the shipping company.

Important Notes

In the event that the order was sent and the customer did not receive the order for a defect on his part
(the lack of the amount of the order during delivery – closure at the official working hours – not to cancel the order before its arrival)
Defect not related to the representatives of the Blupharma drug store or the shipping agent:
– In Homs and its countryside, the customer bears the freight for one-way shipping as is recorded in the freight charges and will be deducted later from his subsequent orders.
– In all other governorates, except for Homs and its countryside, the customer bears the freight charges “back and forth” and shipping charges against payment. It is also recorded with freight charges and will be deducted later from his subsequent orders.
